If you cannot remember your password and cannot log in to the portal, you can reset your password.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. On the Login page, click the Forgot Password? link.
2. On the Restore password page that opens, enter your email address and click Reset Password. Otherwise, click Back to Log In.
3. Check your email and follow the link provided to restore your password.
4. On the Change password page, enter your new password, confirm it, and click Change Password. The password change email confirmation is sent to your email address.
