If your enrollment request was denied, you can appeal this decision. Once you sign into your account you can click on the Appeal tab. and click it on the +Appeal button. On the appeal details page, specify the reason for reconsideration, attach additional supportive documents, and then click submit. Your appeal request will be reviewed and the decision will be made by a Provider Specialist.
